Landowner Questions

Three questions we hear most often

Yes. JOP DVLP LLC has prepared hillside plats and grading plans across the Wasatch Front and into the surrounding counties. Distance changes the survey schedule and the local code research, but the drawing standard stays the same wherever the terrain sits.

For a rough read we only need an address or parcel number and a copy of anything you already hold, such as a survey, title sketch or an old zoning print. We locate the rest from public records and shape the first concept from the real ground truth available.

A lot count and feasibility memo typically turns around in one to two weeks. A full plat with grading and drainage support usually needs four to eight weeks once the survey base is complete, and municipal entitlement time runs separately on top of that.
